The club was formed in 1984 by Alan Stean, proprietor of the Z Car Workshop who saw a need for enthusiasts to get together in appreciation of the Nissan Z car marque. Since then we have provided a means to organise social and motorsport events of interest to Z car enthusiasts. We organised the first national Z Car meeting at Easter in 1990 and started a succession of similar events organised by Z Clubs in other states.

Membership is not limited to Z ownership with other Datsun/Nissans also being welcome. We presently have a number of other models including Princes, 240k's, 2000's etc.
